Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and timely information for project execution.
Pay all agreed fees as outlined in proposals or contracts.
Refrain from requesting or promoting illegal or unethical services.
All payments are due as per the terms mentioned in the proposal or invoice. Late payments may result in delayed project timelines, service suspension, or applicable late fees.
Revisions are limited to the scope defined in the project contract. Additional changes outside the scope will incur extra charges and require timeline adjustments.
Some services may involve the use of third-party platforms (e.g., social media channels, analytics tools). HOSTHIVE DIGITAL is not liable for downtime, changes, or disruptions caused by these external platforms.
Either party may terminate services with written notice. Upon termination, the client is responsible for payment of services rendered up to the termination date. Any unused advance payment will be refunded as per agreement terms.
HOSTHIVE DIGITAL is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service.
