At HOSTHIVE DIGITAL FZ-LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality digital services. We value our client relationships and aim for full transparency in our refund and cancellation practices. Please read this policy carefully before engaging our services.
All services offered by HOSTHIVE DIGITAL (e.g., branding, website development, digital marketing, content creation) are customized to each client’s specific needs and typically involve resource allocation and time-sensitive work. As such, these are non-tangible and non-returnable services.
Before Project Commencement:
If a project is canceled before any work begins, a full refund may be issued, minus any administrative or consultation fees.
After Project Commencement:
If cancellation occurs after work has started, the refund amount will be calculated based on the portion of the work already completed. In most cases, a pro-rata deduction will be applied.
Retainer or Ongoing Services:
Monthly retainers or long-term service agreements require a minimum 30-day cancellation notice. Any services delivered during the notice period will be billed accordingly.
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
Change of mind after project initiation.
Client delays, non-responsiveness, or failure to provide required assets.
Project cancellation due to breach of terms or scope creep.
Dissatisfaction arising from subjective design preferences after final approval or multiple revisions.
Any approved refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of written confirmation.
If you’re unsatisfied with an outcome, please reach out to our team. We offer limited revisions as per the project agreement to address reasonable concerns and make necessary adjustments.

HOSTHIVE DIGITAL is not liable for failure or delays in service delivery due to events beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, internet outages, political unrest, etc.).
